A chest freezer takes 4 to 8 hours to pull biomass down. That is long enough for big jagged crystals to form, tear cell walls and destroy trichome integrity. Dry ice gets close, but at harvest scale it is brutal on labor and cost. Our tunnel runs cryogenic nitrogen vapor dialed to your biomass and finishes in three to five minutes. Crystals stay microscopic. Heads stay standing.

Harvest
Cut on your own schedule with your own crew. Or hand us the whole job: cutting, trimming, bucking, freezing. That labor is quoted separately.
Load the tunnel
Totes go up the belt as soon as they are full, bucked down and still wet from the field. The tunnel keeps pace with your crew, so nothing sits in the sun waiting on a batch.
Freeze
Cryogenic nitrogen vapor, temperature dialed to your biomass. Cold vapor only, never liquid on the flower. Three to five minutes later it is frozen through.
Weigh, seal, label
Off the discharge into lined boxes with nitrogen-flushed bags. Weighed frozen, sealed, lot-labeled for METRC and ready for your manifest. Boxes or totes, your call.
We come to your farm
The rig pulls onto your property and we freeze on site. Nothing leaves the yard that is not frozen, sealed and stacked.
Book the rigYou deliver to us
Truck your bucked-down biomass to our licensed facility. Same tunnel, same day, back in your truck. Costs less, since there is no truck fee.

What do you need on site?
Room to park and a level spot to work. We bring the tunnel, the nitrogen, the crew and the canopies, and we run on our generator or your power.
Can we bring it to you?
Yes. Truck it to our licensed facility and it runs the same tunnel the same day. Costs less, since there is no truck fee.
Can your crew run the harvest?
Yes. Cut it before we get there, or our team harvests and bucks straight into totes.
Is nitrogen touching my flower?
No. Cold vapor only, never liquid. Nothing splashed, nothing freezer-burned, nothing clumped.
